New construction, renovations, and existing homes that need a proper foundation for networking, audio, video, and security.
New Construction Pre-Wire
- Low-voltage pre-wire for network, audio, video, security, and phone
- Ethernet runs to every room — Cat6 minimum
- Conduit planning for future upgrades and technology flexibility
- Structured cabling design — centralized home runs to distribution panel
- Rough-in for all security cameras, access points, and AV locations
Rack & Cable Management
- Custom server rack design and installation — wall-mount and floor-standing
- Patch panel termination and systematic labeling
- Equipment layout and power management
- Rack cleanup and re-termination of existing messy installations
- Cable identification and labeling of all previous unlabeled work
Network Infrastructure
- Custom network topology design
- PoE switch deployment and configuration
- UPS battery backup and surge protection planning
- Local NAS setup — Synology, QNAP
- Media server configuration — Plex, Jellyfin
How it works
- 1.
We review the plans.
Before anything gets framed, we walk through the architectural plans and identify where every ethernet run, audio drop, security rough-in, and conduit needs to go. We make sure nothing gets missed that you'll wish you had later.
- 2.
We rough-in during framing.
All low-voltage cable is run through open walls to the right locations — every room, every device location, every future upgrade point. Conduit is placed wherever future access will be needed.
- 3.
We terminate and build the rack.
After drywall, we terminate all runs at a central rack or distribution point, build and organize the rack, label every cable and port, and document the full layout.
- 4.
We hand off full documentation.
Every run is labeled, every port is documented, and you have a complete map of your home's infrastructure. Any future technician — or you — can understand exactly what's there.
What you get
- Every cable labeled from both ends
- Patch panel port map — every port documented with location and purpose
- Network topology diagram
- Full rack documentation with equipment list and connections
- Photos of the finished rack and cable runs

-
When is the right time to pre-wire a new home?
Before the drywall goes up. Once walls are closed, running cable means cutting, patching, and painting — significantly more expensive and disruptive. Contact us as early in the build as possible.
-
What should I pre-wire for even if I don't need it yet?
At minimum: ethernet to every room, rough-in for a central rack location, and conduit in any walls you might want to add technology to later. Future-proofing costs very little during construction and saves a lot afterward.
-
What cable standard do you use?
Cat6 minimum on all ethernet runs. Cat6A for runs over 200 feet or in high-interference environments.
-
Can you clean up an existing messy rack?
Yes. Rack cleanup and re-termination is a standalone service. We trace, label, remove dead runs, re-rack everything cleanly, and document the full layout.
-
What areas do you serve?
Ocean County, Monmouth County, and the full Jersey Shore.
