I pay for fast internet but everything still feels slow. What's going on?

Your cable company's router is almost always the problem. It's not designed for performance — it's designed to be cheap. We replace it with the right equipment, properly configured for your home.

There are rooms where WiFi barely works. Can you fix that?

Yes. We map your signal strength throughout the home, find the exact cause, and fix it — whether that's router placement, dead zones, or a building material issue.

My smart devices keep dropping offline. Do I need new devices?

Almost never. Devices drop offline because the network can't support them — weak signal, wrong frequency, or overloaded router. We fix the network, not the symptom.

Smart Home

I want a smart home but don't know where to start.

We start with what's most useful to you — usually lighting, locks, and thermostat — and build from there. You don't need everything at once.

Will it stop working if the internet goes down?

We design systems so the basics — lights, locks, thermostat — keep working without internet.

I already have Alexa, Ring, and Nest stuff. Do I have to start over?

Not necessarily. We assess what you have and keep what works. We'll tell you honestly if something needs to go.

Security Cameras

Is Ring good enough or should I get something better?

Ring works for a single doorbell. If you want real coverage of your property with local storage, no monthly fees, and better image quality, we install professional-grade systems that Ring can't match.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

Not with our systems. Footage saves locally to a recorder at your home — no subscription, no cloud dependency.

Will I get notifications every time a leaf blows by?

No. We configure person detection and motion zones so you only get alerted when it matters.

Audio & Video

I want music throughout the house. How does that work?

We use Sonos — a wireless multi-room system that plays through speakers in any room from one app. Works with every major streaming service.

I have cables hanging from my mounted TV. Can you fix that?

Yes. We run everything through the wall and terminate it cleanly. No hanging cables.

How much does it cost?

Every home is different. All quotes are free — we come out, assess your home, and give you a clear price before anything starts.

What if something stops working after you leave?

We provide a 1-year labor warranty. If something we installed isn't working right, we come back and fix it.

What do I get when the job is done?

Full documentation, app logins, and a complete walkthrough. You'll know exactly how everything works before we leave.

What areas do you cover?
